In-Room Breakfast, which is listed as "American" on the menu, but was actually the full English breakfast with baked beans, characteristic sausages, grilled tomatoes, fried mushroom, etc. It's OK and rather comfortable.
It's difficult to spend much money on food outside the hotel. Several kinds of Laksa, Bak-Kut-The (肉骨茶), and local fruits are specially nice and quite cheap.
